Airship will be offline between 12:00 BST (midnight) and 04:00 BST on Tuesday 23rd July.

This is to allow our engineers to perform essential maintenance.

Will there be downtime?

Yes. During the migration, Airship will become unavailable. This means that the Airship Dashboard, Rewards and API will offline. We will aim to keep this to a minimum.

Will broadcasts still send?

Yes. But any large broadcasts sent after 3pm on Monday 22nd July may experience a delay, and could even be held over until the following morning.

What about data?

Any integration partner data sent to our asynchronous “queue” will be held over and resume after the window is closed. However, other API calls or data sent non-asynchronously will not be accepted, and will have to be retried after the window is over.
