Previous incidents

The connectivity issues with the Comtrex integration service have been resolved. The service has been restarted and is now accepting connections normally. We have identified the root cause and will be implementing additional monitoring and preventive measures to avoid future occurrences. All transactions should now process successfully.

The issue was traced back to a platform update earlier this morning. A fix has now been released, and all previously affected rewards are working again. We will continue to monitor, but no further impact is expected

The issue with image uploads in our email builder has now been resolved. All services are running normally again.
